Parkinson Building Contractors was formed in 1934 and has gained a reputation for high quality work and reliability throughout the North of England, operating from its offices in Blackpool, Manchester and York.

The company has excellent relationships with a number of key clients with whom it has long term framework agreements with and is the preferred contractor in agreements with many local authorities throughout the company's operational area.


Our work The company has carried out major and diverse, new build and refurbishment contracts for both public and private sectors. Market sectors include, but are not limited to: Education Commercial Industrial Health and Leisure	Project showcase Ripon College and Grammar School Two partnered projects which were run simultaneously with sites adjacent to each other.
