We have an established and extensive database of preferred supply-chain partners for each element of the construction phase. The competence of our supply-chain is integral to our success. We have established working relationships with many of our partners, who have shown a willingness to be both co-operative and versatile in their approach.

In order to remain on our approved list, all members of the construction team regularly assess each contractor within our Quality Assurance Procedures. Statutory requirements must be adhered to; insurance, health and safety and quality performance are all subject to our regular review process by the company purchasing and health and safety departments. We hold on file, a documented review procedure for all supply-chain partners (details of which can be provided upon request).
